It just happened again last Friday night. A three person two page scene you can shoot in three hours, a seven person two page scene? The material on this site may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, cached or otherwise used, except with the prior written permission of Oregon Live LLC.
On this day, "Grimm" life is good. And she felt it with Juliette before things took a turn for the worst, and I think she feels it with Monroe and Rosalee. Even more shocking than the Juliette-Adalind showdown was Juliette revealing her new, Wesen self to her boyfriend, Nick, who recoiled at the sign of Juliette morphed into her Hexenbiest form. But right now, she's really just scared of hurting Nick. We asked Silas Weir Mitchell about when he realized he had onscreen chemistry with costar Bree Turner , who plays his Fuchsbau wife Rosalee and he has this to say:

Bree Turner , who plays Rosalee Calvert, the expert apothecary who's married to her fellow Wesen, Monroe Silas Weir Mitchell and whips up magical potions in her spice shop, is also feeling at home in Portland. His mother is a Hexenbiest, and the normally cool and collected captain makes questionable choices when these witchy women enter his life. If it was two episodes later I could say a lot. This is unheard of. We're trying to keep Portland happy, because you guys have been so good to us. Jacqueline Toboni is definitely in the group:
Claire Coffee , who plays former Hexenbiest Adalind Shade gets to play nice for a change this season, for the most part: Temporary, low-rise walls create a sort of cubicle effect, as Roiz, in character as Portland Police Captain Sean Renard, is surprised by a visitor to his bedroom. I mean, we had that episode where we have 20 people in a hate group, and half of them are dead. But once the international buzz started hitting I realized we had something that could get us here, and I think it was the middle of season two during the holidays where I was travelling and people knew my first and last name for the first time in my career. A new member of the Royal family -- which represents the other side of Renard's parentage, and has a complicated relationship with Grimms -- appears. Bree Turner and Silas Weir Mitchell figured out they had chemistry pretty quickly. Nick is also a Grimm, descended from a long line of criminal profilers -- including the Brothers Grimm -- who can see Wesen, or supernatural creatures, hiding beneath their ordinary human appearance. We basically shoot a feature film in eight days, we deal with extreme weather conditions and massive amounts of pages each day, so you got to be in it.

Drew Wu, the Portland Police officer who has only recently been filled in on the world of Wesen and Grimms, has a delicious link to Portland. But I thought we could do it from the beginning. This is unheard of. I consider myself very lucky, I think we all do, anything beyond this point is a gift. So when she comes back it helps her connect them to her world.
- When poked about how fans often ship characters, and that fans probably were shipping Monroe and Rosalee long before their characters got married, Mitchell had this to say: I mean, we had that episode where we have 20 people in a hate group, and half of them are dead. So when she comes back it helps her connect them to her world. I'm able to enjoy work more, because I'm totally present. The combination of fantasy elements, an overarching mythology about the history of Grimms and Wesen, case-of-the-week procedurals, and an ensemble cast with chemistry to burn, have won "Grimm" a following around the world.
- Sasha Roiz is not among those seven: For instance, they wiped out the entire royal family last year, so clearly they want to go in a different direction. I consider it a pleasure to age in front of the American public in real time.
The cast are excited about hitting triple digits, but Bitsie knew it would happen from the get-go. He's taken the opportunity to work with students, "because you know the financial side is fine, so you can not be so selfish. When poked about how fans often ship characters, and that fans probably were shipping Monroe and Rosalee long before their characters got married, Mitchell had this to say: Grimm is the little show that could, as it has weathered a Friday night time slot that would normally signal that it was being dumped by the network.

I'll tag along for those, and I love that. His brush with death certainly has brought back something. They go through the scene a few more times, until the director calls cut, and Roiz and Tulloch take a break.
Now it all hinges on if I get my powers back. Adalind is still determined to find where Nick's mother -- also a Grimm -- has taken her baby, Diana, which involves Renard, too, since he's Diana's father. That really colored my performance for the early episodes of this season.
